No Returns on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a PDF guide has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on digital products. Because our guides are instantly accessible upon payment, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. We encourage you to read the full product description carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

We will however consider a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • You never received access to your file due to a technical error on our end
  • The file you received was corrupted or unreadable

If any of the above applies to your situation, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
